Shipping policy
ORDER RECEIPT AND PRODUCT RETURN
Upon receiving your order, you are required to verify that all products listed on the delivery note are present and that the package is in good condition. If you encounter any issues, please note them on the delivery note provided by the shipping service, if applicable. Additionally, you must notify us of any issues within 7 days, either by email at contact@maisonmatine.com or by postal mail at the following address: Maison Matine SAS, E-commerce Department, 17-21 rue Saint Fiacre, 75002 Paris, France, so that we can address the issue with the shipping service.
Our products are designed to minimize plastic use, so they are not cellophane-wrapped, which prevents us from checking if the product has been used. As a result, Maison Matine does not accept product returns unless the products delivered do not match your order or are defective. In such cases, products must be returned in their original packaging along with the delivery note. Return shipping costs will be covered by us. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to retain proof of the return.
Additionally, products must have been purchased from the website www.maisonmatine.com. Returned items that are damaged, except for defects justifying the return, will not be refunded.
If all the conditions mentioned are met, new products matching your order will be shipped to you free of charge within 14 days from the day Maison Matine receives the returned products.

Unless there is a valid reason, any claim made beyond the 15-calendar-day period will be considered inadmissible, and Maison Matine will not be held responsible. In cases of unusual or abusive returns, we reserve the right to refuse future orders.
