I have already placed an order but I have not created an account, will the loyalty system take it into account?

All orders placed before the loyalty program was implemented are counted even if you didn't create a customer account. All you need to do is place your order with the same email address.

How can I collect loyalty points?

Every order you make on the website earns you points.
1 euro spent = 1 loyalty point
Purchases made at our resellers do not earn points.

Where can I check my points balance?

You can check your available points directly in the customer area, in the “loyalty program” section.

Are my points valid for a certain period?

No, the points collected are valid indefinitely :)

How am I notified of changes to my status?

With each new status reached, you will receive an email with details of your benefits and how benefit from it.
